Kavi Raj
                        Singh (Managing Director/ Co-founder )

Mr. Singh is a US Citizen who comes with over 15 years of management and training experience. Mr. Singh has successfully established and run HR consultancy through which he has helped leading companies in the Insurance services, financial services, Healthcare and IT Sector meet their needs. He has also conducted workshops on various organizational development workshops for Middle and Senior Level management. Currently, Mr. Singh is a co-founder and on the board of Healthcare Job Bank, a leading job portal in the field of healthcare. In the past, Mr. Singh successfully co-founded and sold Captain Singh's Guest Homes, Inc, a USA based company that was in the field of running board and care homes for elderly and mentally ill in southern California.

Tejinder Singh
                        (Co-founder)

Mr. Singh is a US Citizen who has tremendous experience in establishing and dealing with the Indian market. He brings his years of business know how and experience to help build Mind Trainers. Mr. Singh is cofounder and on the boards of NuBiz Solutions and Healthcare Job Bank and is currently overlooking and managing the setting up of new offices for Mind Trainers through out India.

Mandeep Singh
                        (Operations/Co-founder)

Mr. Singh comes with a 4 years of corporate experience in Sales and Management. He started his career with Larsen and Toubro as Marketing professional where he rose to the Area Manager position. After working there for 2 years, he successfully launched and sold retail training business in Patiala. Since then Mr. Singh join hands with other co-founders and helped launch Mind Trainers. Mr Singh’s role now includes overlooking the day-to-day operations and recruitments (both internal and external).

Jessi Kaur (Founder of Team Edge, USA)

Ms. Kaur comes with 20 years of experience as a high powered talent acquisition consultant, corporate trainer, an international motivational speaker, designer and developer of customized training courses, university lecturer and journalist. Certified and licensed by the Lazar Group to teach their New American leadership System, Ms. Kaur has trained cross functional teams in team building, conflict resolution, and relationship excellence. She has delivered talks and workshops in US, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and India among other countries.
