resources. If human resources have to be developed,
the organization should create conditions in which
people acquire new knowledge and skills and develop
healthy patterns of behavior and styles. One of the
main mechanisms of achieving this environment is training.

Trainer 1
He is an MBA from XISS. He
did his initial education from Westminister City School,
London. He comes to Mind Trainers with over 9 years of
corporate experience. He started his career with YSL and
Pierre Cardin in London where he worked for 3 years, before
returning to India. In India he has worked as a trainer
consultant for NIIT Planetworks, Evolv Services and NIS
where he has conducted pre process training for clients
like EXL, GE, Intelenet, Interglobe Technologies, Daksh,
and NIIT Smartserve. He has trained for IT firms and Banking & Financial
organizations on customer service, accent neutralization,
team building, communication skills, presentation skills,
time management etc. He has also set-up HR departments,
Knowledge Management Centers and Competency Centers for
organizations across the country.
Trainer 2
She is a Masters in English
Literature and holds a Diploma in Travel Tourism and Ticketing
from Delhi Institute of Management Services, and Written
Communication & Business Correspondence from the Indo
American Society, Mumbai. She brings over 18 years of experience
and has worked for corporates like Le Meridian Hotels & Resorts
and Gimara International. Prior to that, she has organized
and conducted training in business communication (written
and conversational) and soft skills for industry executives.
She has taught English as a language across various schools
for about 12 years before joining the corporate sector.
She has conducted training on communication skills, presentation
skills, time management and language for companies like
EXL Service, Sahara Airline, Daksh, HDFC Bank, ITC Maurya
Sheraton, E-Serve, Citigroup, Manila, Intelenet, ICICI
One Source, Accenture, Zenta, Hughes, and BirlaSoft.
Trainer 3
She comes with over 25 years
experience in varied fields such as Fashion Merchandising
for some of the leading American and European outlets ,
has been involved with Media and advertising for national
as well as international publications, Public Relations
for corporate clients and voluntary work with NGO's. She
has considerable working experience overseas and has traveled
widely across Europe, North America, the Caribbean, Southeast
and the Middle East and North Africa. She comes to Mind
Trainers with over four years experience in soft skills
training especially in the field of Accent modification,
Cross culture sensitization with an in-depth focus on Articulation,
Pronunciation, language usage, lifestyle and culture. She
also specializes in workshops on Etiquette- Business and
Social, manners, and International protocol. Some of the
clients for whom she has trained for include Hero Ites,
HCL, ICICI One source, Prudential, Epicenter, Sutherland,
HCL, EMR Technologies, Saffron, IBM , Vertex and Bechtel.
Trainer 4
She is a native New Yorker
who received her Bachelors Degree in English from The College
of New Rochelle and her Masters Degree in Education from
Columbia University. Over the next 21 years she pursued
a successful career as an IT consultant specializing in
new and emerging technologies for a cross-section of Fortune
500 companies primarily in the investment banking and legal
sectors. During her career she developed a diverse and
refined competence in the management, implementation, operation,
training and support of information systems. In addition
to her technical background she has facilitated many communication
and presentation seminars and workshops and is a certified
Landmark Forum Introduction Leader in New York and India.
She has conducted training on Accent Neutralization, American
Culture and Collections, communication skills, team leader
development programs, presentation skills and team building
for companies like EXL Service, Global Vantedge, Daksh,
Avaya GlobalConnect, Hewitt Technologies and NIIT Smartserve.
Trainer 5
He received his Post Graduation
degree from Syracuse University Syracuse, NY. He worked
for 20 years in Houston, Texas with Southland Corporation
before returning to India. He then moved to the Hotel Industry
where he headed the training function for Quality Inn Rivera
and Info city Club & Resort. He then moved to Daksh
as the Training Head for one of their Business Units where
he developed and delivered modules on transactional analysis,
soft skills travel and trade in the US, correct pronunciation
in Neutral English and Minimization of Mother Tongue Influence & Regional
Influence.
Trainer 6
She received her Masters degree
in Social Sciences from Columbia University. She started
her career with APICHA – Asia & Pacific Islander
Coalition as the Associate Director of Client Services
where she was involved in monitoring quality assurance
and training case managers. She then moved to Queens Child
Guidance Center, training and supervising student peer
leaders for HIV Prevention and Advocacy Program. Prior
to joining Mind Trainers she was working for Charles Nechtem
Associates. Over there she has Conducted EAP and supervisory
training, stress management training for 400 employees
for Charter, Fidelis Cares, Best Foods in New York, New
Jersey, Wisconsin and Virginia, 10 workshops on violence
in the workplace, sexual harassment, and cultural diversity
for over 1,000 employees for Cummins Metro Power in New
York, New Jersey.
